The focus of this practice group is top level resourcing in Property and Construction, integrating with our other specialist practice groups. Our practice works with a wide range of organisations that make up the sector from major international blue-chip corporations, and their advisors, to small businesses in property development, investment, and construction. Our clients are active within the commercial and residential property development, urban regeneration sectors as well as construction and engineering services. We work very closely with the other CS&P practices, in particular the energy practice where we work with many of the technical service companies and construction companies supporting the sector.

Working at senior and middle levels of client organisations we concentrate on resourcing at management level across all property development, investment, finance and construction disciplines including: development, project management, finance, acquisitions, land buying, sales & marketing, general management, business development and PFI.
