Legal

Cripps Sears have been recruiting within the legal profession since 1986 and maintain an extensive network of senior lawyers, both in private practice and in-house, across the UK and overseas. We work on a retained assignment basis, once thoroughly briefed by our clients, in order to identify, assess and recruit the best lawyers, whether individually or in teams.

Our clients include law firms of varying shapes and sizes for whom we have successfully recruited senior fee earners across a variety of practice areas and locations. We have also recruited senior lawyers for many multinational corporates.

Our team of experienced consultants and researchers has completed assignments across most practice areas including corporate and commercial, project finance, real estate, private client, employment, tax, shipping, insurance, insolvency and IT/IP.

Our experience also includes a number of successful merger introductions and 'team moves' .

We integrate our research and knowledge with that of our complementary practice groups, and as a result, have developed particular competence in recruiting specialist lawyers working within or with clients in the Energy, Banking, and Real Estate sectors, incorporating construction and project finance.
.
We seek to develop long-term relationships for our clients - a large proportion (over 75%) of our work is for existing clients or previous candidates with whom we have worked on historic assignments.
