Change Management Specialist in Organisation Development - London

Our client is a leading engineering and construction contractor to the offshore Oil and Gas sector worldwide, employing some 2,000 people.

Job Emphasis

Through continued focus on the efficiency of their offshore capability, there exists an opportunity to provide change management expertise to facilitate the implementation of a major OD programme.

The Job

The appointee will work within the Organisation Development Centre of Expertise and will be responsible for the provision of change management expertise to support and facilitate the implementation of a major change programme incorporating a new ERP, new ways of working and organisation design principally within the back office functions. As an internal supplier of specialist services, the role will focus primarily on the people aspects of change and will work with key stakeholders to ensure their functions are 'change ready', as well as continuing to provide support, facilitation and hands on advice through the implementation phase.
