[ Consultant/Partner ]

Consultants at Cripps Sears develop and implement personal and practice group business plans in order to contribute to the achievement of the overall business plan, whilst promoting and protecting the company's strong team ethic.  Consultants provide strategic input, leadership and world-class knowledge to their industry practice group. 

Specific responsibilities include:  to develop credibility and influence at the highest levels internally and externally with clients and 3rd parties; to contribute to cross-sector integration within the business; to act as the world-class knowledge master for the sector concerned; to mentor and develop all those with an interest in the sector; secure new client relationships through business development activities; to maintain and develop existing client relationships through successfully managing assignment activity, achieving successful completions and generating high levels of client satisfaction and, hence, repeat business; to achieve high standards of briefing and support to and from researchers/assistant consultants.

[ Researcher/Assistant Consultant ]

Researchers at Cripps Sears support the achievement of our business plan by providing world-class standards of research and support for assignments, business development and corporate activities.

Specific responsibilities include: candidate identification and networking; industry and company-specific research through publicly available information in press, publications and internet; competitor analysis; knowledge management; approaching, motivating and assessing potential candidates in relation to assignment vacancies; reporting to and working with consultants and practice leaders; providing verbal and written reports to consultants and clients; developing world-class knowledge of a particular sector or sectors; developing strong internal and external relationships.
