Andrew Somerville (Head of the CS&P Legal Team) to participate in Debate on Decision making Processes & Entrepreneurship

Business leaders wrestle constantly with a big dilemma: how to encourage risk-taking and entrepreneurial flair without exposing the whole organisation to unquantifiable danger.

Andrew Somerville, head of the CS&P legal team, will be participating in a debate organized by the 'Managing Partners' Forum’ on the 4th September 2008 in London. The participants will be discussing the question whether 'Decision making processes stifle entrepreneurial spirit'. Andrew will be joining the debate, sharing preliminary insights of Cripps Sears's ongoing research into the topic of 'Entrepreneurship in the Workplace'.
