About Us

2006/7 was another land-mark year for Cripps Sears & Partners.  We achieved 33% growth in revenue and substantial expansion in the size and breadth of our team.  Our plan for 2007/8 reflects an upbeat recruitment sector with further ambitious targets for growth.

We believe our integrated approach, providing executive search across our core sectors [ energy ] [ legal ] [ property and construction ] [ banking and finance ] and [ technology ] - offers our clients experience and knowledge which is unique amongst 'headhunters'.

We have completed numerous high-profiles searches, including board-level hires in energy, equity partners for leading law firms and Legal Counsel, and many other senior professionals working within property, construction, energy, the law, project finance, corporate finance, IT/ Outsourcing and banking.

The past year has seen the executive search market enjoy buoyant times.  We have been particularly fortunate to work with some of the world's leading companies and professional partnerships.   Our membership of the WorldSearch Group has given us the capability to work on international and cross-border search assignments within our core areas and we have completed assignments in the UK, EMEA, Russia and the FSU and the Far East.

Our ongoing affiliation with [People Work Best] has also enabled us to provide portfolio of HR and recruitment-related services including assessment services for Board-level and partnership recruitment and management team assessment and development.

Cripps Sears continues to maintain outstanding relationship with our long-standing clients.  Many of the instructions we receive emanate from those clients - we have enjoyed over 70% repeat business in 2006.

New recruits to CSP include [ Martin Warner ] to lead our [ Technology, Media and Telecom ] executive search practice, [ Nicola Dennes ] as a Principal Consultant in our well-established [ Legal ] Practice - where she will provide senior level executive search services to law firms and in-house legal departments -  and [ Graham Spencer ], [ Jeremy Coate ] and [ David Cowan ] into our market-leading [ Energy ] specialist search practice.

We remain committed to supporting our chosen charity - [ Children's Fire & Burns Trust ] - and in the summer of 2006 four of us completed the Golden Ring bike ride around Russia, raising over £40,000 for specialist Family Burns Rehabilitation Camps for severely burnt children.  We thank our colleagues, clients, candidates, suppliers and contacts for their support in this endeavour.
